Baby Solid Food Schedule – Tips, Guide, and FAQs

My Personal Experience

When my first child was born, I was so excited to introduce him to solid foods. I did my research and followed the recommended schedule, but I quickly realized that every baby is different. It took some trial and error, but eventually we found a schedule that worked for our family. Now, with my second child, I feel much more confident in introducing solid foods and I want to share my tips and experiences with other parents.
